Enjoy mate. I was there last night for the first time in weeks. Surprising it wasn't as bad as I thought even though I lost about 3 pints if sweat lol.
I agree with the 85% diet thing. I have put loads of miles in and don't loose any weight at all. I have been eating crap for a few weeks and I feel like crap.
Just short on funds till pay day lol so Iceland food it is 😀

Please don't over work your body.

The weight gain didn't happen over night and the weight loss wont happen over night either.

Rest is as good as working out.

PS Still think your amazing Cool

If you want to loose weight rapidly take a look at a ketogenic diet. I am seriously tempted to try but love spuds too much.

I think the crucial parts are, as said above, don't go at it too hard, have rest days but also don't give up. My dad has lost a lot of weight in the last 18 months and if you didn't know you would think there's something wrong with him, I still get a bit shocked seeing him every other month these days. He did running rather than cycling but is now doing 10ks and half marathons. But the main thing he did was to count calories, it's also amazing the number of calories that are in things, he found that while he used to have a bacon gutty every morning, a few bags of crisps and sweets, but said that he never really missed them when he stopped walking past the shop on his way to work.....

Keep it up and you can definitely get where you want to be!!

Forgot to mention, he did lots of recipes from the hairy bikers dieting program, amazing what you can eat with so few calories. The 'fried' breakfast is delicious, give it a go. Sure you can download the program's somewhere or read the book Smile

I'm currently working up to cycling to work which is 13 miles away, really need to and can't even use the weather as an excuse at the moment.... Sad

Try avoiding white carbs. Bread, taties, rice, etc. Make water your best mate and drink some with every meal.

Go as green and as brown as possible with food, don't over cook your veg and cut down on the bread and sandwich / wraps from shops (full of sugar)

Low fat food often means high sugar

You're still probably eating far too much as that's what your body is used to.
Post a typical day's eating plan and we can comment from that.

No cheating though, be brutally honest. Wink
