its not just the phone going flat, i always charge mine before i go and close ALL background apps battery is nto the issue.
Its having the display on view 100% of the time and seeing how your doing. with the Iphone you have to stop, have a look where as with somethin on your handlebars you can view your progress, match it to known times you know. race yourself a little again over places you do ALL the time. thats what i want it for.
One thing i liked and not sure how accurate OBV is the weight lost part of your's kinda makes you feel good seeing you lost weight, even if it is a random guess as how much _________________ Trek 4700 Disc |

i have been told by my doctor that i HAVE to join weight watchers or slimming world to have documented and signed proof of what im eating by a proffessional.
I have been given a 6 week window to prove im loosing weight and to keep it off.
Had my weigh in today and im 107kg, 2KG lighter and waist is 106cm down from 109cm, so the last 2 weeks have seen an improvement.
i had been on a carb free and sugar free diet, but Sunday i had a full roast as treated myself to 1 whole potato, less than a fistfull.
i dont want to hijack the thread but i think we could work together encouraging each other along so if you're OK with it i will continue to post here? instead of starting a completely new Thread just for myself _________________ Trek 4700 Disc |

If you guys have iPhone get yourself mynetdiary. You can log everything you eat, it calculated your calorie intake, your weight-loss and you can even add it your exercise. I found it a great help. |

I came across a really good website the other day. Here's a link to the site
http://www.fatsecret.com/ bit of a dodgy name but it offers lots of things. Register for free and access loads of recipes and save any you like to your online cookbook. Lots of other features like food diary, exercise diary, challenges, diet journal, forum, diet types to choose from etc etc.
Really is worth checking out IMO and it's 100% free. Hope it helps you out and best of luck with the weight loss. _________________ Cube Ltd. Comp 2011 (XC)
