So myself and a couple of mates decided to venture to Middle Earth (South Wales) to ride Bike Park Wales, with the sole intention of doing the red runs, something I'd yet to do (I'd ridden the Blade trail at Afan, but I really didn't feel that challenged, except for the final decent down Jet-lagged), this is how it went:

It started with Sixtapod (blue) with a quick detour through Locomotion (red), finally passing through a trail called Willy Waver, where I almost got bucked off and in doing so, lost the GoPro, which was later found by my mate:

Next up is Melted Well (blue) which almost immediately splits off onto a trail called Vicious Valley (red), something I was more than happy to do. It also leads on to Bonneyvile, where the start of it has a lot of 'nope'. A dirty drop off, something I felt was beyond me at this point:

So, what's after that drop off? Some trees, one of which I get intimate with. One friend flew off down this, we left him to it. My other friend stuck with me, we both mildly stacked it and his bike decided it wanted to go down the trail without him:

And finally? Down a trail called Insufficient Funds (red). It's a trail, not much more to say, so here's some boobs - ( . Y . )

Here's a link to the website for Bike Park Wales, also a handy map so you can see the route we took. And yes, I both talk to myself when biking and make random whoops, mostly when going along flat ground. Deal with it.

QUALITY. Love the look of BPW and deffo looks like you had a belter. No wonder the mugshot with the cheesy smile. Quite suprised you ducked the drop off cuz some of the other stuff you did in the vids looked a bit tougher than that. But then it does look like a run up would be the plan for that. FOOKIN HELL i cant wait to get there.

So what do you do? Start at the top and choose which sections your guna link up or just choose which one to start at and make it up as you go down?

The drop off is bigger than it looks, and it just spooked me somewhat, next time I go, I'll be all over it though. All the runs you see were the first ones of the day and the first time I'd done any reds properly.

Start at the top, choose which run, bomb it down. Uplift back up, then do the run the opposite side, we planned on taking all the red we could. Although when I was following on the 1st video, he did forget to take the red, so you can kinda hear us shouting "LEFT LEFT LEFT".
