parts upgraded to:

= halogen headlight

= side stand to stop the frame getting scratched

= chain stay frame protector

= gel seat cover to add extra comfort when riding

= upgraded to this from the bolt type seat post clamp.

= upgraded to slicks to reduce drag caused by the standard nobbly tyres on road surface

I've seen the bottom photo before, but are the others recent? If so, that's got to be the best looked after bike I've ever seen. It's spotless!

I don't think he's ever got it dirty.

It's the first time I've seen him take it out of the catalogue (or at least the garden) Wink

Now you've had it a while, do you ever consider upgrading?.... Something a little tougher and lighter?...

to be honest i dont get much cycling time so not considering a branded lighter tougher bike as i dont get to use it much . plus this cycle is tough only thing that isnt is the wheels but it also aint light due to it being stainless steel but is great for fitness as it heavy.

Nice to see the bike well looked after!

I am a little confused about this post though, did you do another post not long after getting the bike, I can remember commenting on the Ammaco a long time ago but this post jumps straight from 2012 to now!
