Just removed cassette to check/clean off my hope Evo 2 but when I put it all back there is movement from the end cap once everything is nipped up, can't remember any before hand ! Cassette is running fine is there anything I've missed or does a little play mean nothing?

Do you mean the whole cassette moves slightly from the back to the front along the hub splines? If it's next to feck all don't worry about it. If it's more than 0.5mm check that you've refitted all of the spacers.
