Proposing June's Forum Ride.

Ride Date...........June 15th.......Sunday

Start Time .........0900

Start Place.........Clay Bank car park


Proposed route......It would be a start from Clay Bank car park, through the forest and up Jacksons Bank onto the Cleveland Way, then turning off South at Round Hill to head towards Tribsdale and then on across the Moor to Bransdale/Cockayne and climbing up to Rudland Rigg then onto Bloworth Crossing and coming down the Incline to follow the trail back round to the car park at Clay Bank.



This is the originally intended route of the April Forum ride for anybody who was on that ride.
AND......for anyone who was on the Sunday 20th April Ride, then you will get a chance to ride DOWN Ingleby Incline Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil


PLEASE NOTE.

There are no toilet facilities at this car park.
This route crosses some exposed Moor, please make sure you and your bike are prepared.

I'm in. Car now fit and well, with turbo vacuum pipe re-attached. Bike chomping at the bit and as for me, the weakest link Cool, I'll be fully stocked with high energy supplies in every pocket. See ya there Very Happy

Great, hopefully we'll get some good weather and amble round this route, hopefully we'll get the Incline Downhill in as well, and the track where we lost Richard Embarassed Embarassed is a lot more enjoyable doing it in this direction, as anyone who rode up it from last time will be able to imagine.

Gully, Clay Bank Car Park is on the B1257, Stokesley to Helmlesley road. It is about 2 mile South of Great Broughton.

Best thing I can suggest is to Google it on Google Maps, I'm no good at posting links to maps I haven't done up myself I'm afraid Embarassed Embarassed

I was intending on trying to get there but my decking project has....erm.... over-run Embarassed so wont be able to make it.
Maybe next time, have a good ride out!
